Welcome to The Bath & Turtle / Chez Bamboo. Two different places led by the same owner who has managed to recreate two ideal environments for day and night in this charming corner of the Caribbean.

During the day Bath & Turtle dawns with aromas of freshly brewed coffee, omelets, and sandwiches served always with a smile, so you can enjoy a mellow delicious breakfast across the street from St. Thomas Bay.

Our cozy and picturesque terrace is also perfect to enjoy a delightful lunch accompanied by tropical drinks or wine. Our menu navigates between international classics such as wraps, juicy burgers, sandwiches, and salads, or flavorful Caribbean plates like ginger wings, crunchy coconut chicken tenders, fish fingers, and more! 

Night falls in the Spanish Town and with it the rhythm takes another more festive cadence. It is time for Chez Bamboo to show you the essence of this paradise. The music, Asian flavors, and dancing create a captivating Caribbean experience that will make you fall in love at first sight.

This charming restaurant breathes a colorful soul that marries perfectly with its tasty Asian / Caribbean menu, which can be accompanied by fresh cocktails made with exotic fruits, always to the client's taste.
