The British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC), an independent not-for-profit institution, was established to meet the demands of the international business community for a neutral, impartial, efficient and reliable dispute resolution intuition in the Caribbean, Latin America and beyond.

The BVI is a Party to the New York Convention and offers a quality legal framework as a British Overseas Territory, with an Arbitration Act based on the in an UNCITRAL Model Law. The BVI IAC’s panel of diverse arbitrators represents over 40 countries, speaking more than 20 languages and is one of the most gender-diverse panels in the world. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and the flexibility to meet the unique requirements of any in-person or remote arbitration, BVI IAC offers world-class facilities and technology for conducting arbitral hearings.
